He has worked as VP Safety, Health, Environment and Security for Cobham PLC – a FTSE 250 global aerospace manufacturing and aviation organisation. Director of Health, Safety, Environment and Facilities (EMEA) for Honeywell Aerospace. Director of Safety, Health, Environment and Quality for Wincanton PLC (5th largest logistics company in Europe).
As well as authoring articles for several safety journals, Sean was also a member of the All Party Parliamentary Environmental Group (working with HMG on environmental sustainability strategy). He has represented the UK transportation industry on a House of Commons Regulatory Reform Committee, and is joint author of HSG 76 “Warehousing and storage: A guide to health and safety.”
Sue is an experienced, committed and conscientious HR Professional and qualified coach, with significant experience of working in HR at operational and strategic level. She adopts a collaborative approach, mentoring, coaching and motivating high performing teams.
Sue has significant experience in change management and business restructuring, and has managed numerous restructuring projects in the public sector.
Sue is an experienced HR Business Partner, and in addition to providing expert support to our EH&S projects has, over recent years, managed restructuring projects for Local Authorities, the NHS, employers in the Dorset and Hampshire areas and advised companies further afield.
