Sean brings a wealth of board-level and international experience across various sectors, including engineering, aerospace, aviation, transport, logistics, food, facility management, and chemicals. He has held senior positions such as VP of Safety, Health, Environment, and Security at Cobham PLC, a FTSE 250 global aerospace manufacturing and aviation organisation, Director of Health, Safety, Environment, and Facilities (EMEA) for Honeywell Aerospace, and Director of Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality at Wincanton PLC, Europe’s 5th largest logistics company.

Sean’s extensive expertise in the EHS field is demonstrated through his numerous contributions to safety journals and his past membership of the All-Party Parliamentary Environmental Group. He has held influential roles, including chairing the National IOSH Retail & Distribution Group Committee and representing it on government and industry policy committees. He has also advocated for the UK transportation industry before the House of Commons Regulatory Reform Committee.

Sean co-authored the essential guide, HSG 76 “Warehousing and Storage: A Guide to Health and Safety.” Additionally, he was a Director on Prince Michael’s International Road Safety Awards and “RoadSafe” charity, and supported Princess Anne’s charity, ‘Transaid,’ which aims to transform lives through safe, accessible, and sustainable transport.

Sean’s extensive experience and contributions make him a highly respected figure in the field of environmental, health, and safety management.

Sue is a dedicated HR Professional and certified coach with substantial experience in operational and strategic HR roles. Her approach is collaborative, focusing on mentoring, coaching, and motivating high-performance teams. Sue has considerable expertise in change management and business restructuring, managing several such projects in the public sector.

Sue’s role as an experienced HR Business Partner extends to providing expert support to our EHS projects. In recent years, she has managed restructuring projects for Local Authorities, the NHS, and various employers in the Dorset and Hampshire areas, while offering advice to companies located further afield.
